Only took 45 minutes everybody there great to talk to .they took care of Right away Soon as the door opened . Even got to talk to the mechanic everybody was friendly and they know were talking abou. Good choice When we came in it was about 530 in the evening and knew exactly what we wanted. The sales man (Nick Singh) took us over to the GMC lot to get the Jee When we came in it was about 530 in the evening and knew exactly what we wanted. The sales man (Nick Singh) took us over to the GMC lot to get the Jeep. We drove it back to the Dodge lot and started the paperwork. Of course it was late when we left, I had to return the next day. I was to pick up ALL the paperwork then, but actually felt rushed out and did not get any of my paperwork and flash drive from the sale. I call Nick when I got home he said he would get on it. When I did receive the paperwork not all of it was there. I still would like ALL the paperwork pertaining to contract that i signed and flash drive. More

Oil Change I came in for an oil change at 2:15 and did not leave until 4:20... I was one of 3 others in the waiting room that had been waiting on a simple oil ch I came in for an oil change at 2:15 and did not leave until 4:20... I was one of 3 others in the waiting room that had been waiting on a simple oil change for over 2 hours... the “express oil lane” is advertised as being fast and dependable but I quickly found out that it was falsely advertised. Although I was compensated for my wait with a discount, I left there questioning if they even changed my oil or if they just told me they did to get me out of there. I will not be returning to this dealership for an oil change ever again after speaking to multiple other dissatisfied customers in the waiting room. More
