I was to pick up ALL the paperwork then, but actually felt rushed out and did not get any of my paperwork and flash drive from the sale. I call Nick when I got home he said he would get on it. When I did receive the paperwork not all of it was there. I still would like ALL the paperwork pertaining to contract that i signed and flash drive. More

Oil Change I came in for an oil change at 2:15 and did not leave until 4:20... I was one of 3 others in the waiting room that had been waiting on a simple oil ch I came in for an oil change at 2:15 and did not leave until 4:20... I was one of 3 others in the waiting room that had been waiting on a simple oil change for over 2 hours... the “express oil lane” is advertised as being fast and dependable but I quickly found out that it was falsely advertised. Although I was compensated for my wait with a discount, I left there questioning if they even changed my oil or if they just told me they did to get me out of there. I will not be returning to this dealership for an oil change ever again after speaking to multiple other dissatisfied customers in the waiting room. More
