Unacceptable wait time Wait was almost 3.5 hours when I had an appointment to change the oil and rotate tires and software upgrade due to recall which I was told would be do Wait was almost 3.5 hours when I had an appointment to change the oil and rotate tires and software upgrade due to recall which I was told would be done while they were changing oil. I am supposed to get free oil changes but doubt I will take advantage of them since I will have to take half a day off from work. Very disappointed with the experience. More

Service I had done on 12/8 Riaz Ali was outstanding in showing how much he cares for his job and customers. He went to the extreme to explain in detail and to show me in the Riaz Ali was outstanding in showing how much he cares for his job and customers. He went to the extreme to explain in detail and to show me in the shop exactly what he would be doing to my car. This is a plus and I think others should follow his example if they are not doing this already. He showed honesty and skills with a positive attitude as well. I won’t go back! My service experience for an oil change and tire rotation was bad! Keep in mind as you read this, that I purchased my Jeep from this dealership. T My service experience for an oil change and tire rotation was bad! Keep in mind as you read this, that I purchased my Jeep from this dealership. The service advisors in the bay were not friendly to start off with, which sets the whole tone! I waited in the lounge for 1 hour, but no one came in to give me an update on my vehicle! At this point I went out into the bay to ask about the status of my vehicle; I let the Service Advisor know that I had been waiting for more than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation! That’s when he said, “we’ll everyone in the lounge is here for the same thing!” (I guess he was never taught that you should treat your customers with respect!) I finally did get a status update by a fellow from the Service area, after he was told that I wanted to know the status of my vehicle. The bottom line is that It took me an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation and the cost was also very expensive! I recommend that every employee in that department receive “Customer Service” training! People have a choice when it comes to service! Make your customers feel special and respected or loose them!
