NOT a Good Experience Rather than perform the requested service, the primary focus of this effort was to up-sell me on additional repairs. I came in for a headlamp bulb rep Rather than perform the requested service, the primary focus of this effort was to up-sell me on additional repairs. I came in for a headlamp bulb replacement and oil change, as a result of the aforementioned issue, it turned into a five-hour ordeal. Adding insult to injury is the fact that I later discovered that they hadn’t even replaced the bulb! I had a similar experience here before, so I believe this is systemic with this service department. I typically couple my vehicle purchases to service quality, so they’ve managed to kill both of those birds with one stone. UNACCEPTABLE.... More
