After hearing my description of what I had been experiencing, Lance Chapin immediately guessed what the problem was and got a mechanic to come out to ride in the Jeep with me to confirm the issue. The mechanic confirmed it was the transmission, and I left there with the hope that my Jeep would finally be fixed. Lance gave us updates and took excellent care of us from beginning to end. Thank you, Lance! Everyone in the service department (from reps to mechanics) was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The Jeep has been running smoothly and like new ever since. I highly recommend this dealership for their service! More

Everyone was courteous but... There was hardly any communication unless I contacted them. It took two weeks from the time I signed the papers for my vehicle to get delivered. Once it was delivered, the gas tank was sitting on empty, there was no jack, no lug wrench, no manual, one key fob, more miles than stated and the truck was dirty on the inside. We even found animal feces inside one of the truck compartments. I'm not talking about mouse droppings, I'm talking about goat turds!! More

The Old Switcharoo I bought a 2018 Ram 1500 used with low miles. It was advertised to be @ your dealership on line but I was told it was in N. I paid in full the day after the deal was made by telephone with my company’s check. The vehicle arrived the following week. When I arrived to pick up the truck it had chrome wheels and the pictures online clearly showed black wheels. The truck was equipped with a blackout package. I told Zack that I would not accept the truck with the wheels that were on it. He took me to Rich Pannone. Rich assured me that he would replace the wheels after looking @ the pictures I kept of the add on my IPhone. He said they would be ready to swap out the following week. I have left Rich Pannone several messages with no response. I then texted Zack asking for help. He has tried to get an answer with no luck. It has been two weeks now. My second problem was with you Credit person named Mayor. When I arrived to pick up the truck, he informed me that he had lost my $28,000.00 check. I was astonished! Who loses a check that large. I brought him another check that day with much trepidation. Two days later he called me saying you check cashing agency would not accept my check. After getting in touch with my bank rep and having her make multiple calls, they accepted the check. I have purchase 4 vehicles in the last 2 years an have never experienced such incompetence. More
