Buying a new car Besides getting a discount. I have to praise our saleswoman Sharon. She was patient thorough and even gave us something to eat because we had been the Besides getting a discount. However, our financial closer Mr Major completed our paperwork and we were able to go. Even though we seen an error on the odometer reading. Major corrected everything and we were good to go. Lastly, we got in the car and one of the tires air was low. A salesman that was not working on our deal that was walking around just made sure that the tires were filled so my daughter could drive home safely. More

Brandon He was very rude wasn't really trying to hear my issue was explaining to him things that was promise to me buy the last service manager he told me it He was very rude wasn't really trying to hear my issue was explaining to him things that was promise to me buy the last service manager he told me it was nothing he could do about it without even really trying deterred me from doing any of my warranty exchanges from the brand new vehicle that I bought from your location a year-and-a-half ago saying that he was a sound expert and wasn't trying to hear what I was telling him in regards to issues with my vehicle for that to be your number one service person is a joke I hope you do better and improving your staff with more customer service friendly people I definitely would not recommend this location or service department to anybody who's looking for a customer service experience More
