Unreliable and Trustworthy Service Had a 9am appointment. Arrived at 9 and waited about 10 minutes for the service advisor. Reviewed the services yo be done and the expected time of com Had a 9am appointment. Arrived at 9 and waited about 10 minutes for the service advisor. Reviewed the services yo be done and the expected time of completion. We were assured it would take only 2 hours and we would be called when they were finished. After nearly 3 hours we came we went back and was told they were waiting for a tool that was being used on another car. They had only finished 2 of the 4 services. It was unbelievable a dealership this size only had 1 tool to complete a service job. If this was the first time they didnt deliver on the requested services. I wouldn't write this review. This service department is unreliable and cannot be trusted to do what you ask them to do. More
