After nearly 3 hours we came we went back and was told they were waiting for a tool that was being used on another car. They had only finished 2 of the 4 services. It was unbelievable a dealership this size only had 1 tool to complete a service job. If this was the first time they didnt deliver on the requested services. I wouldn't write this review. This service department is unreliable and cannot be trusted to do what you ask them to do. More

Attention to detail for service on my Power Wagon. However, Heather Kratky and Darrell Wilson have a solid Tech Crew that can work on my RAM Power Wagon unlike the dealership I purchased it. Though the Power Wagon is tricky to work on, I highly recommend Hendrick Dodge, Jeep, RAM of Duluth for great service in Metro Atlanta above the other 4 dealerships I have paid my money. More
