wait time Waited over two hours for a key to be made. A key that sales loss. Items that were on the Jeep when I bought it were taken off and took 2 days to locate. I had to drive to Chevy in Buford to retrieve my items after setting at Jeep in Duluth for over 3 hours the day before. When I picked up my Jeep there was less then a quarter tank of gas in it. I drove 2 miles and the gas light came on. I will never purchase a vehicle or refer anyone to my a vehicle from Rick Hendrick. Also the Jeep hard top bag was missing and didn’t bother asking for one, didn’t want to go through the song and dance. More

Overall just a great time I came to look at a car but found out it had been sold. Chris Blackwood then found me another car and I fell in love. A 392 dodge Daytona. He was so knowledgeable he knew the car and it’s features inside and out. He showed me apps I never knew it had. It was great buying a car from another car guy that you could see was passsionate about the brand. I really enjoyed the sales experience. Not once was I pushed to buy it, he let the car and his knowledge sell it to me. 10 out of 10 would buy another car from him. More
