Great ending to a not so great start! I’m a new customer to your service center. I scheduled a appointment but when I arrived I was told my car would be service a hour and half later. I ex I’m a new customer to your service center. I scheduled a appointment but when I arrived I was told my car would be service a hour and half later. I explained to the young lady that helped me that was not going to work for me seeing that I scheduled my appointment at the set time so I can get in and out. After all I was coming in for a oil change. I found her response to be quite rude based on her telling me there were 5 other cars that got there before me, what do I expect. For a brief moment we went back and forth about having a scheduled appointment time. I advised I was I leaving because I didn’t have the time to wait. She told me to hold on cane back and confirmed my car was going to be service now. When I saw the guy that was taking my car in was ALi from another dealership I had been to in the past I was SO EXCITED. Ali provide the best customer service. He make sure he explain in detail what is needed and what was done. I trust what ever he tell me my car need it truly need it. I’m so happy he’s working at this location and because of Ali I will definitely return for future service needs and if I decide to buy another dodge or Jeep I will buy with you guys. Great customer service is a must for me to do business with someone. I work to hard for my money to patronize a business that can’t provide great service.
