Price was the only reason I used this dealership they come down to the price I wanted to pay. finance manager tried to be very pushy to sell us the extra but I had to tell him firmly no. also tried to slip in 270 dollars worth of So called free oil changes but wont free so be careful they try hard to trick you but if you have a price set and stick to it you will be fine. sales guy was very helpful. detail shop they used before you drive off the lot was not the greatest I could clean it better myself and did. I was told that it should take 1 hour and a few minutes. I had a colleague take me by around 3:00pm and was told it was still not ready. So in the future, we may just use another Jeep dealer or try the express lane before going elsewhere. The staff that I worked with there were very professional and sympathetic about the long wait. When I decided to buy, I called her and she took care of me better than I expected. I was in and out in my new care within an hour. I communicated what I wanted and that's what she had ready for me to view. There was no pressure to sell something I didn't want. I am so glad that I chose to Rick Hendrick and Shanee. Thank you!!!! Finance dept sucks I received excellent service from Carlos and from the sales manager. But the person in finance that helped me with my paperwork was the pits. She was I received excellent service from Carlos and from the sales manager. But the person in finance that helped me with my paperwork was the pits. She was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to clarify matters. I noticed two things incorrect on the paperwork and she refused to correct. To me that damages the integrity of the dealership. First I had to sign a paper verifying the odometer reading on the car. When I brought it to her attention she responded at least it’s not 500 miles. The paper that I signed said the car had 25 miles on it when it actually had 130 miles on the car. It was not the same car that I test drive with the 18 miles. Secondly when I addressed that she had my job number listed as my home number and I didn’t want that listed she said she would have to start over like it was a pain. She claims that she changed it but the paper with the job number was not destroyed or replaced. More
