Express oil change I appreciate the fact that this business has a dedicate bay for oil changes. The disappointment is that there was only 1 vehicle in the 3 car bay. It I appreciate the fact that this business has a dedicate bay for oil changes. The disappointment is that there was only 1 vehicle in the 3 car bay. It was up against the entry roll up door. After a while when no one checked on me as I couldn't get in, I drove forward enough to make the sensor open the door. After a while the door closed. I finally left my vehicle and entered via a walk in door. No service manager greeted me. I walked to the last SA desk to speak to a gentleman I thought I knew. It was Lance Chapin a Service Advisor who had been helpful on a previous visit. Lance was friendly and greeted me in proper fashion. He moved the vehicle that was blocking the entrance and drove my car in. He did the paper work to get my oil changed. He answered all of my questions with a smile. The. 'vehicle was ready to go when he said it would be. Hendrix needs to train other SA to perform in the fashion that Lance Chapin does. Any customer should me greeted within one minute of arrival! More

Saved on a Saturday!! A quick run from the studio to the tech shop was delayed play dead battery. Luckily Rick Hendricks was close bye ! Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!!!!! I bought a 2019 Ram 1500the sales team is all over the place I had theee sales associates that I worked with. I only had the key I was using when I c I bought a 2019 Ram 1500the sales team is all over the place I had theee sales associates that I worked with. I only had the key I was using when I came to trade my truck in and they only gave me one key to my new truck until I came back with the other. 2 weeks after purchasing my brand new truck the check engine light comes on and I brought the vehicle in to be check. First off I spent 65k on a vehicle and they gave me the smallest base model loner they could possible give, secondly after my truck sat in the service department for town and after being promised it will priority because it was brand new they did not touch it for two days. I came in after two days and hey told me a part would need to be ordered and they could not fix the truck at that time. I took my truck and I will be taking it to another dealer. It has now been close to a month and they have not paid off my trade in and I am getting calls daily from my previous bank about the vehicle. Rick Hendricks Chrysler of Duluth needs to tighten up as it is like a Circus in there with kids running around trying to sell cars. The customer service is terrible however the last young man that helped me was pleasant and that is the only reason they get one star. More
