However, the senior sales staff and the financial group were intentionally dec The product line is great. The mid-level sales staff were very helpful. However, the senior sales staff and the financial group were intentionally deceptive. For example, without any discussion, or my prior approval, they placed a Service Contract on my buyers contract. When I told them I did not want it, the Finance Manager then told me she would give me 6 years of contract and she assured me that my payments would not go up. However, when reading the sales contract provided on a disc, I indeed was charged the full amount for a Service Contract that I did not want. Prior to that event I had signed a document provided by the Head of New Car Sales. This document had all the numbers on it (except taxes, dealer prep and doc fees) that I agreed to. However, Finance attempted to use other numbers, i.e $16750. for my trade-in, as opposed to the $17000. on the previously mention document. I found the experience frustrating and deceptive. More

Entire experience was wonderful Except for finance manager. He put me in a very uncomfortable position guilting me into a service plan I did not want. He pressured me for 20 minutes.
