Sales person was excellent,but the finance department sucked The sales person that I was working with by the name of Carlos Luna what is a excellent sales person. He was very polite, he was not pushy at all, and I feel like he got me the best deal on the vehicle and made sure I found a vehicle that I really liked. As for the finance managers was very pushy on the extended warranty that they wanted to sell me for $3000. And when I refuse the warrantee the finance manager was very upset and his whole attitude towards me changed. He began to be rude and noxious and towards me and repeatedly asked me why I didn’t want to Buy the extended warranty. Then went on to tell me lies about people who purchased cars and drove away with no warranty and the next day the motor went out on the car to try to convince me or talk me into purchasing the standard warranty. Worst experience ever buying a new vehicle I would never recommend or use this dealership again. After phone calls not being returned a incorrect vehicle being delivered to me.
