Pointless to schedule an appointment Every time but once I have needed service, it has been an oil change and tire rotation. Only once I needed a small area the size of a nickel repaired Every time but once I have needed service, it has been an oil change and tire rotation. Only once I needed a small area the size of a nickel repaired by their touch up paint guy. Everytime Ive scheduled the service in advance. Everytime it's taken over 3 hours. Twice it took over 4. It's a freaking oil change and rotation. Jiffy lube does it in 25 mins. What's the point of having an appointment? If the service was not free under my purchase contract, I would never use thiss service dept. The only positive about this service dept is Heather and Lance. Good employees who treat me geat. There is no excuse that will cover why every time it takes close to 4 hours. This place lost me as q repeat buyer with my last purchase. This place's service dept. will lose me once my free oil changes are over. I will not ever promote nor encourage any one to come to Rick Hendrix Duluth ever. Nor will I for any of the other dealerships with that name, solely because of my ongoing negative experiance in Duluth. More

Oil change I had called to make an appointment to have my oil changed and the woman who answered the phone was no help at all and did not care.
