Customers not always right? Stated issue that my vehicle was having. Waited two weeks to get an appointment only to be told they couldn't duplicate the issue. Took over 3 hours in Express oil service lane I was very upset that by it took over 3 hours to get an oil change. No one communicated with me that it would take that long nor did they give me any I was very upset that by it took over 3 hours to get an oil change. No one communicated with me that it would take that long nor did they give me any updates explaining the reason for the long wait. Service tech told me I needed new air filter and both front and rear differential oil change/service. I declined because I was VERY frustrated at long wait without any communication. Rated price below at 1 star bc I felt almost $300 to change oil in differentials too high. Engine oil change was part of sales package when I bought jeep. More
