lack of customer service, just focused on selling cars i purchased my Pacifica on July 4th, but i wasn't able to pick it up till July 7th. Apparently it had a recall and i wasn't made aware of it till the i purchased my Pacifica on July 4th, but i wasn't able to pick it up till July 7th. Apparently it had a recall and i wasn't made aware of it till the end. On July 4th i informed 3 employees the car was dirty, since it had been sitting for well over 8 months on the dealer lot. The dirty car had not been addressed because the employees were more concentrated on selling cars and not concentrated on listening to the customers. i do need to take the Pacifica back to the dealership, so they can finish up installing driver side and passenger side door scratch film. i paid for it, but the employees are so focused on selling cars that they are missing out on the smaller details. i will not ever by a car from RICK HENDRICKS AGAIN OR REFER ANYONE TO THEM!!!
