Accommodating of an out-of-town customer My vehicle broke down while visiting the Duluth area. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership on a Sunday evening. Early Monday morning, Lance conta My vehicle broke down while visiting the Duluth area. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership on a Sunday evening. Early Monday morning, Lance contacted me and informed me that my alternator failed and that the repairs were covered under an active recall. (Jeep failed to inform me of this recall until the week AFTER I had the repairs made, but that's not applicable to this review). Most of the work was covered under the recall, and they even offered to reimburse me for the towing expenses because the vehicle failed as a result of a recalled part. The work was mostly completed by the end of the day. I picked the vehicle up, and unfortunately there was another known issue (also caused by the alternator) which resulted in the failure of the power train computer. While ideally I feel like this issue should have been identified and repaired before picking up my vehicle (OBD2 was issuing over 150 active codes), it was no big deal for me to leave the vehicle another night for it to be fixed. It was more important that the vehicle stay at the shop as long as it needed to be, in order for it to be deemed safe for me to drive several hours to where I live. It has been a couple of weeks and the vehicle works flawlessly. Lance and his colleagues did a great job of quickly identifying the issues, and I appreciate him staying in close contact with me regarding the status of the repairs. Should I ever relocate to the Atlanta area again and if I consider Jeep as a future vehicle, I will definitely consider using this dealership for both purchase and continued maintenance of my Jeeps. More
