Dealership should know more about their Vehicles I brought my vehicle in with one issue and was told they thought the issue was something else and it would cost me x amount. I paid x amount which mos I brought my vehicle in with one issue and was told they thought the issue was something else and it would cost me x amount. I paid x amount which most of that went to labor, i then was told to drive the vehicle and then everything should be fixed. I drove the vehicle and the check engine light came back on. When I brought it back I was told they think it’s another issue but they’re not sure but it’s going to cost us $1700 but we don’t know if it will fox the issue. I took the vehicle to another dealership and they charged me 1/4 of that to fix the issue and it wasn’t what the dealership told me it was. In total if I would’ve gone with the recommendation from THIS dealership I would’ve been out $2800.00 and still would’ve have had the issue resolved. Highly disappointed and have told colleagues, friends and family to never come here. This is the second time I’ve been over charged at this dealership and the issue has never been resolved. More

Stranded in Atlanta My grand-daughter and I were traveling home from Seattle after a visit with relatives. We had left Seattle on a red-eye flight at 1 am Tuesday morning My grand-daughter and I were traveling home from Seattle after a visit with relatives. We had left Seattle on a red-eye flight at 1 am Tuesday morning, we arrived in Atlanta around 11:30 am. I was exhausted and my feet had swollen horribly on the flight back. My friend picked us up at the Doraville Marta station in my Jeep and we headed back to her house. We didn't make it 2 miles when I turned on the air conditioning in the jeep and the electric lights started flashing, engine lost power, we coasted into a parking lot before it shut off. I was thankful to be off the road. Had no clue who to call for help. My friend found your number and when the wrecker got there I told them to take me to your dealership. Did I mention I live in Westminster, SC. Heather was amazing, she calmed me down and told me that she would do her best to get it looked at first thing in the morning. Then she called Enterprise and helped me get a car so we could get back home. Let me tell you it was a horrible horrible day and she was a blessing. It took two days before they got to it but they worked me in and found the problem and fixed it immediately. I was very thankful when I came down and picked my Jeep up on Friday morning. More
For a change, I had good service here. I've always had terrible service at this service center including, being ignored, scratched car by careless service employee, not solving issues, taki I've always had terrible service at this service center including, being ignored, scratched car by careless service employee, not solving issues, taking too long to solve an issue, being told it is my bad luck that service is not good (that guy is still there), and this list can go on and on and on. HOWEVER, this is the first time I experienced good service. Heather is fantastic and very responsive. Please don't lose her. Kenneth is really good too. Seriously, don't lose the good ones. More
