Warranty work = long list of to do items There is a recall for the rear lower control arms, which have to be ordered. Since it was going to have work done there, I decided to also have my oil changed since I was getting a warranty repair. The cost was $53.99 for my 2007 Jeep. Then they bring me a list of repairs /servicing which need to be done which totaled over $4200! Most of the work can be done by my husband and me. Going to take my Jeep and get a second opinion on the other items as the prices are crazy high, but expected from a car dealership service dept. That being said, everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful! I recommend them over Hayes Chrysler Jeep any day! More

Service issues My fuel level indicator stopped working while I was on vacation. I took my truck into the local dodge dealership and was told it would take about 2 h My fuel level indicator stopped working while I was on vacation. I took my truck into the local dodge dealership and was told it would take about 2 hours and cost about $600.00. Since I was on vacation I decided to wait until I got home and take it to Rick Hendrick Duluth. There I was told that the Body Control Module was not working and that it would have to be ordered and they were not sure about when it would be available. Cost to install BCM and Fuel Gauge about $1600 if I remember correctly. That was May 28. On July 3, I received an email stating that the part was in and that I should call to schedule an appointment. Since I was going out of town on the 4th for 10 days, I asked if I could just drop my truck off and pick it up when I got back. I was told that would incur a storage fee (something the service manager says is not true), so I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 a.m. July 16, the Monday after I returned from vacation. I dropped my truck off early Monday morning. Monday afternoon before they closed I called to get a status report and was told that it wasn't ready. On Tuesday afternoon I called and was told it wasn't ready. On Wednesday afternoon I called and was told they hadn't even started on it. I asked to speak to the service manager and while was on hold the service tech came back on line and said that the part wasn't even in yet. On Thursday July 26 I received an email stating that a back ordered part was in and I should call to schedule an appointment. I called this morning July 30, and the earliest appointment that I could get is August 8. More
