Wow, really great service department! OMG, this was so much better than the service I was getting at another Jeep dealership in Cobb county! The difference was day and night. All I've be OMG, this was so much better than the service I was getting at another Jeep dealership in Cobb county! The difference was day and night. All I've been needing is a express oil change and inspections. At Rick Hendrick Jeep in Duluth they did the job FAST, without an appointment, and car was ready exactly when they told me it would be ready! At that other terrible dealership in Cobb I've had to make an appointment, then still have to wait hours, or leave the car all day for the same oil change service, and that place always tried to sell lots of extras I didn't need or want. It was the total opposite here! My service advisor Heather Kratky was totally professional, very friendly, and provided awesome service and quickly took care of all paperwork for the maintenance plan I have. I'm sold, I'll be bring my Jeep back to Hendrick Jeep in Duluth for service every time in the future even though it is a half hour farther drive for me (than that awful Marietta place). I only wish I had discovered their great service 2 years ago:). More

Disappointed. I waited 4.5 hours to get the keys to my new car after giving them 6800 dollars. Given the inconvenience, I was promised to have my meal paid for, sti I waited 4.5 hours to get the keys to my new car after giving them 6800 dollars. Given the inconvenience, I was promised to have my meal paid for, still waiting on the check for that. The payoff for my trade in was never received and my old account is now in collections. Its upsetting that im the one constantly reaching out to them for updates, vs them keeping me informed. More
