This was my first time purchasing a Dodge vehicle. I wanted tp buy the car of my dreams which was the 2022 Challenger Widebody 392, it's absolutely beautiful. Brady, my sales consultant was excellent I wanted tp buy the car of my dreams which was the 2022 Challenger Widebody 392, it's absolutely beautiful. Brady, my sales consultant was excellent and the team provided great customer service. I'm in corporate America and I'm well aware of how important customer service is in such a competitive industry. However, I am not completely satisfied. I flew in from Nashville, TN to purchase the car. When i got to the dealership, Brady pulled the car around to the front for me to see. I loved it. Then the car was taken to the back so they could prepare it for me while the paperwork was being processed. When they returned the car to the front. Brady and I walked out to look at agin and that's when we both noticed a deep clearly visible scratch on the front upper panel which also crossed into the lower hood area. I informed Brady that the scratch was new and was not there when I first saw the car and he agreed. Another gentleman came out, think he might of been the finance manager. Her told me that they could fix it or I can take it and they would drop $1000 from the price which was included in the loan. I told them that I needed to take the car because I flew in and had no way to get home back to Nashville other than driving the car. I needed to take the car so I could get home. Here in Nashville, I took it to a Didge certified dealer's collision center and they gave me a $1200 estimate to fix the scratch. I'm not paying $1200 out of my own pocket to fix a scratch that I am not responsible for. At the end of the day, service was great. However, I drove off with a damaged brand new vehicle. I appreciate taking a $1000 off the price but that was in the loan and let's be real, that really does not affect me because it was included in the loan. $1200 to fix the scratch out of my own pocket effects my wallet and I should not have to pay for it when it was a brand new car, which cost me $70,000 and the scratch was done at the dealership before I purchased the car. Now , I have to deal with the hassle of having to take the car to get estimates for repair when I should be enjoying the car I payed for. I'm not a satisfied customer and hope the dealership and Dodge can make this right. Thank you. More
