Negotiated price on new Gladiator (they really add ALOT of BS) - Negotiated price on trade ( they really try to LOW Ball you) - Had my own financing (They couldn’t beat my pre approval interest rate). This was a Sat - my bank was closed, said I could bring them the check on Monday or Tuesday. Danny Whang then said he needed a NON-REFUNDABLE cash deposit. Which I said NO WAY(thankfully I denied that)!! I offered to leave the $23,000 trade for collateral- but he declined (thank goodness)!! Then he came back & said okay, that’s fine - if you sign all the paperwork today this vehicle is yours. I specifically asked if this would take the vehicle off the market & no one else could purchase it. He said it’s yours - then he had Janice Curry (who was very nice by the way) to yell their little chant when they sell a vehicle. I signed EVERYTHING came home with the jump drive of all the paper work & emailed the info to my lender. I text Janice Curry, client advisor, Monday morning & told her I was bringing the check - to which she replied “One of my managers is going to call you.” An hour & 45 min LATER - Steve Ostrovich called to inform me the vehicle was SOLD to someone ELSE Saturday!!! But not to worry, he had 8 others identical to the one I had already bought & he could get me a new VIN# ASAP. That was a LIE!! He never called me back, so I called him. He said he was extremely busy & would call me back by 6:00. Another LIE, he actually NEVER called me back‼️ The next day I called an asked for Taylor Stewart , Customer Service Manager, once I gave my name they said he was BUSY but would call me back shortly. That was another LIE - he NEVER called!! Then I got a call & text from Janice with another vehicle they could get me. She asked if this vehicle fit my needs? To which I replied: “This dealership doesn't fit my needs. Honesty & integrity is greatly lacking at Rick Hendrick.” That is 1000 % a TRUE Statement. Mr. Hendrick, if you read this review (I will also be mailing you a copy) I strongly suggest you adjust the way a business with YOUR NAME on it is ran!! I have bought MANY brand new vehicles - at more than one dealership - I have NEVER dealt with such DISHONEST people in my life‼️‼️ More
