I visited the service center, it was disappointing that it took over a week to get my car back and that there was no temporary cars available. Was told an hour and half waut,at 2hr asked for an update and they said it would be another 2 hours. I sat there for 2 hours with a 2 and 6 year old and left with no oil change.
