I put my 18 jeep, that I purchased there, in a 9 for an oil change and tire rotation. The car sat there all day until 4 without being moved or worked on. Displeased, took my truck for an oil change and they said their internet was down, so they could look anything up. I understand that the internet is out of your control but it was an all day ordeal.
