Never told 24-82 hr. wait, even when we had to call back and reset the original appointment date and time. Dropped the car at 7:30 a.m., 4/26/22. Only after I called back twice, was I told at 3:30 p.m., about this ridiculous 24 to 82 hour wait to even get it in a bay for diagnostics. How do you handle this for the people that are waiting versus dropping off their car?? A complete and utter waste of time that could have been avoided for everyone, if you had just been honest and transparent when we initially scheduled! More
