I had to put a spare tire on my car before sending it to RH City Chevrolet. I didn't have an appointment and when i got there found out they were closing early, 5pm. Chris Strausbaugh was great! Even thou RH City Chevrolet. I didn't have an appointment and when i got there found out they were closing early, 5pm. Chris Strausbaugh was great! Even though i didn't have an appointment and they were closing at 5pm, i didn't feel like he was rushing me. Just the opposite! Chris was great! He even had my NC inspection done. I had called the dealership once i got to work and told them if they didn't have time, I could pick up the car the next day. But they got it done. I really appreciate him and the person that put on a new tire and did the inspection even though they were very busy that day! They are great to work with! Thank you! More
