Long drive for Best service This is the second time i have had my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 AWD ( yes I said AWD) in this dealership ( unrelated repairs). I drive from Saint Marys This is the second time i have had my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 AWD ( yes I said AWD) in this dealership ( unrelated repairs). I drive from Saint Marys Ga for the major and high dollar repairs. I want it done right the first time. I do have a dealership near me that I go to for the random oil change but even after that I have to check behind the tech when I get my truck back, errors have been found in the past. This dealership in my opinion gets 6 stars (5 star scale) for speed,accuracy, and I don't get back a vehicle with that smells like or has grease on the steering wheel. Blair was my service writer and kept me up to speed with repairs. Highly recommend this service dept. More

Outstanding Service Center - they care about your time! The Hendricks Jeep/Dodge Service Center was truly outstanding. They were quick to walk up to my vehicle when I pulled into the Service Center drop-of The Hendricks Jeep/Dodge Service Center was truly outstanding. They were quick to walk up to my vehicle when I pulled into the Service Center drop-off entrance. Checked me in quickly and let me see what was to be done (oil change and multi point inspection). My Grand Cherokee then moved on to start the service while I was still checking in! OUTSTANDING. They got my cell phone number and told me how long it should all take. I had an hour and a half to kill, so I walked over to some nearby shops and....got a text informing me of the different phases of the work being done!!! This was amazing! I really felt as though they were letting me know about MY vehicle and cared about MY time. After about an hour, they sent me a text telling me it was ready for pickup. I have owned many vehicles over the last 40 years, I even currently own a Mercedes too...this was so much better than ANY Service Center I have ever dealt with. The waiting room is fine with a coffee machine and vending machine options, a big screen TV and all the showroom vehicles to peruse if you don;'t want to leave the building. Jennie was refreshingly smart and sharp young lady and was a joy to work with. More

I Wasn’t thrilled with my last service experience, the advisor wouldn’t accept a coupon I got from their website, and I thought 109 for an oil change/tire rotation was a bit high. This dealership has always provided exceptional service. Lois, my service provider, makes check-in and check-out simple and fast and communication is fantastic.
