I purchased a car here a little over a week ago Dec 28th. They required me to pay $1500(!) for a LoJack subscription that tracks the car (Stolen Vehicle Recovery System). I asked multiple times if the LoJack They required me to pay $1500(!) for a LoJack subscription that tracks the car (Stolen Vehicle Recovery System). I asked multiple times if the LoJack could be removed since we wanted to pay cash for the car, and didn't need an expensive tracking system, but they said it was already installed on my brand new 2025 car. I was told by the dealership it was not something that could be removed, so I was "forced" to pay the $1500 extra. However, when I logged into the app and was skimming the terms & conditions, it explicitly says LoJack CANNOT be used as a condition of purchase/finance. I feel like that's fraud and was very dishonest because they just want to make money on the add ons. I trusted them because of the Honda name but feel very upset and disappointed. More
