Very Disappointed With My New Vehicle Delivery Let me start by saying that I have owned eight new Hondas, and I have never experienced a delivery that was this disappointing. I have purchased vehicles fr start by saying that I have owned eight new Hondas, and I have never experienced a delivery that was this disappointing. I have purchased vehicles from both Sarasota Honda and Bradenton Honda in the past, and every one of those experiences was excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my most recent purchase. On Saturday, I purchased a new 2026 Honda Civic Si from Rick Henderson. I want to be clear that the sales transaction itself was smooth, the customer service was good, and the wait time was reasonable. However, the delivery of my new vehicle was completely unacceptable. My vehicle was sitting in the showroom, and I expected it to be properly inspected, cleaned, and prepared before being handed over to me. Instead, I received a brand-new vehicle that was dirty inside and out. There were fingerprints all over the windows, and the rear window had visible handprints left behind from the tinting process. To make matters worse, when the vehicle was taken to be fueled, two people were inside the car while it was raining outside. No paper floor mats were placed in the vehicle, resulting in the floor of my brand-new car getting wet. This is simply unacceptable during the delivery of a new vehicle. There are also several other issues that should have been caught before delivery. The trunk tray is damaged and has some type of oil or residue on it that I have been unable to remove. There was also tree sap on the exterior paint, which I had to personally buff off after taking the vehicle home. When someone purchases a brand-new vehicle, especially a customer with a long history of purchasing Hondas, there is a reasonable expectation that the vehicle will be delivered in clean, pristine, and presentable condition. I should not have to clean fingerprints off the windows, remove tree sap from the paint, deal with an oily damaged trunk tray, or worry about a wet interior immediately after taking delivery. I am extremely disappointed with the way this delivery was handled. The purchase experience may have gone smoothly, but the final step—the actual delivery of my new vehicle—fell far below the standard I have experienced with Honda in the past. I will be uploading photos this weekend to document the condition of the vehicle at delivery. I expect these concerns to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. After purchasing eight new Hondas, I can confidently say that this was by far my worst new-vehicle delivery experience. More

What a positively amazing experience at Hendrick Honda on Route 64 in Bradenton.
