The pre-sales staff needs to be better trained - I looked on line and found a car I was interested in but when I set up the appointment and told them I wanted Rivers ave. they sent my information to the Ashl on line and found a car I was interested in but when I set up the appointment and told them I wanted Rivers ave. they sent my information to the Ashley location. They kept calling on the wrong vehicle. When I went to this location - told them what I wanted - the person who I worked with couldn't answer my questions - they need to be better trained in the products. I sent a note to the corporate office and heard nothing back. When I had an issue with the car the following weekend and called their service number I was sent a text message to fill out a form and my car wasn't registered yet. Not a happy camper - I expect to talk to someone and have my questions answered - not be sent text messages and expect my sales person to know about the vehicle he is selling. I expect corporate to respond t my complaint. I will look at other dealership in the future which are further away and know about the car's they are selling. More
I only use this dealer for service on my Jeep Gladiator, which wad purchased out of state. Service has been without problems, except for one time on my previously owned Jeep Wrangler. I had them mount new t which wad purchased out of state. Service has been without problems, except for one time on my previously owned Jeep Wrangler. I had them mount new tires and they did not balance the wheels properly. The one big issue I have is with their online service appointment system. It is a complete failure. More than once I made appointments online a week in advance, only to arrive & find they had no record of an appointment and no open slots for service. I live 40 minutes away so this was a huge problem. That said, I will not buy from Hendrick due to their policy of adding a significant closing fee to every car purchase. This is on top of whatever profit they make on the price of the car. More
