TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPT- STAY AWAY!5/18/21 - Took my Ram TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPT- STAY AWAY! 5/18/21 - Took my Ram truck for an oil change, made appt online and indicated “oil leak” on the reservation. Went TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPT- STAY AWAY! 5/18/21 - Took my Ram truck for an oil change, made appt online and indicated “oil leak” on the reservation. Went in, and they changed the oil/filter on my truck. Girl says they “never saw an oil leak”. $107 later for an oil change, and I went on my way. NEXT DAY - large puddle of (now) new oil in my driveway. Add some to truck, call dealership again. Service advisor gets a bad attitude with me on phone because I told him I was just there yesterday. Bring truck BACK to dealership a 2nd time. It takes them 5 DAYS to “get my truck in the shop”. Truck sits there for 5 DAYS! Meanwhile, I’m renting a vehicle from enterprise which is $90/day because I haul trailers and heavy equipment everyday for work. Try to explain to the service manager, and service advisor this is costing me money. Neither Definitely didn’t care at all. On the 6th day, they say the oil pan gasket is leaking. They “ordered the part coming from Georgia”. 6 more days later, and several phone calls and they get the part, install it, and I pickup my truck on a Saturday. 2 weeks later, and over $1000 in a rental vehicle, and I FINALLY get my truck back for a $40 part on a Saturday. Spend money and time to take rental truck back. NEXT DAY - Oil leaking again and all over the place. Get underneath the truck, and it’s all over the front crossmember, firewall, etc. Tech obviously didn’t do a very good job of cleaning it either. I wipe it all down to clean. Still leaking and adding oil everyday. Call a master mechanic I’ve known for years, 5 min for him to determine it’s the REAR MAIN seal on the truck leaking. So I LOST ALL OF THIS MONEY, TIME, and they MISDIAGNOSED the truck after 2+ weeks. Now I’m without the truck (again) while I wait for the CORRECT part to be installed. Extremely poor communication, bad attitudes, poor service, and all around a dealership that will be sure to quickly take your money. Will DEFINITELY NOT RETURN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! SHAME ON YOU HENDRICK!! More
