We had a wonderful experience at Rick Hendrick Jeep. Zach was our salesman and he treated us with respect and was very enjoyable to work with. He explained all the options and add-on's, but didn't pressure us to buy any. He also worked with us to get us an auto loan rate that matched the one we brought in from our bank. We were happy with the experience from top to bottom. We LOVE our new car and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I bought a van from them online. The van was delivered. It did not have the fix a flat that was supposed to be in van. Also i had questions about if i can have a spare tire underneath the van, which is sho It did not have the fix a flat that was supposed to be in van. Also i had questions about if i can have a spare tire underneath the van, which is shown in the owners manual. Nobody has bothered to answer my questions. I was told they would mail me the fix a flat that was missing. Never got that. They emailed me the sales documents for the van and i could not open the attachment in email. When i told them they said they would mail via Fed Ex, its been a week still havent gotten that. I would NEVER buy a car from them again. Terrible customer service. More
Despite of being anxious and having a gut feeling that I will not get a vehicle, Joe went above and beyond to make sure before I walk out the door, I was leaving with a car. I was always let down by dealerships that I refused to go to a real dealership for years. But after having problems with buy here, pay here cars I realize I need something more reliable even after paying them off. So again I appreciate You Joe for making it happen and everyone else who helped out. I couldn’t ask for a better dealership to go to than Rick Hendricks. The wait may have been long but it was worth it. More
I came in for a 100k mile service on my 2010 Jeep Patriot and received some great help from Dennis Davis. I didn't feel that prices were unreasonable, and--most importantly--my car is running like new again! I appreciate everything Dennis and his team did to make sure my car issues were fixed. More
Brian Michael and Will Smith went to all lengths to make my truck buying experience as easy as possible. The dealership closed at eight I left in my new truck at nine thirty because Brian and Will wanted ev my truck buying experience as easy as possible. I have to leave 1 star to write a review or I would leave NONE. Very poor customer service and nothing is ever fixed correctly. I told them I have a full extended warranty but he still insisted to charge me NONE. Very poor customer service and nothing is ever fixed correctly. I told him that my warranty covers that and he laughed at me while saying "okay ma'am" like I was insane. FED UP WITH THIS PLACE!!! Also was told by appointment setter that I had to pay to have my car picked up, not what their website claims. More
