One thing I def want to say is dont even look at the options online, most of the cars I had looked at and wanted to test drive didn't make it through the inspection and weren't available. However the sa options online, most of the cars I had looked at and wanted to test drive didn't make it through the inspection and weren't available. However the saleswoman Laurel was awesome, personable and not pushy. She listened to my concerns and what I wanted and I walked away with a great car. Once I left her I was sent to finance, and worked with Will Smith. This guy seemed really great at first but once I declined the extra expensive car care packages and his very pushy, and his very rude attempts to get me to sign up for a credit card he rushed me through the rest of the paperwork. Multiple times I had to ask him to return back to the prev page so I could continue reading the document before signing. His level of customer service was very low. I mean I get he probably had numbers to meet , but if a customer doesn't want to sign up for an unnecessary credit card or service option that doesn't mean they stop being your customer. You should still be courteous and kind. More
