Good but needs to bone up on the features of a vehicle Not sure if this was the salesman's first sale or what but the sales people need to bone up on the features of a vehicle. When you ask about a feature Not sure if this was the salesman's first sale or what but the sales people need to bone up on the features of a vehicle. When you ask about a feature and your told oh yeah it has it and they are unable to find said feature mainly because it doesn't have it you may want to change your answer to Not sure but i'll find out. Same thing with what does this +/- gear buttons do, couldn't tell me that either. if the sales team would spend more time getting to know the features of a vehicle they are selling vice on their phones on social media as you see them when you drive up it would make for a better experience. When you go to sign the paperwork to purchase the truck and your told the gas is full and it's been cleaned and then you go out to remove a sticker (county dump) off the old truck to place it on the new truck and the first thing you is crumbled up paper on the truck floor yeah it wasn't cleaned or gassed up. So that was another hour wasted of my time. If dealerships would model the closing processes like car max it would make it more enjoyable to purchase a new car and not wast a buyers time. the salesman was low pressure which is good for my wife but me I like to haggle that's the fun of buying a new car/truck. overall I'm happy with my truck purchase I believe i got a good deal on it along with the dealer ship throwing in a spray in bed liner after I negotiate the price of the truck. More
