Tremendous Experience! We brought in our 2017 Pacifica since the lease was ending. We just wanted to see what our options were at that point. Within minutes, our sales rep J We brought in our 2017 Pacifica since the lease was ending. We just wanted to see what our options were at that point. Within minutes, our sales rep Jacob Jarvis had our current lease evaluated and was listening to what we were looking for in our next vehicle. They had that exact Pacifica on the lot! After demonstrating all the new features, our family of 5 were loaded up and on a test drive. Now comes the hard part right! The negotiating. Wrong!! We had a number we were comfortable with, and after a brief conversation about term, mileage and down payment, they were able to make it work and we had just signed the lease of our new 2019 Pacifica S!! car was taken in with a dead battery called service department about a dead battery under warranty and was told to bring up that day and it would get checked that day when got there was t called service department about a dead battery under warranty and was told to bring up that day and it would get checked that day when got there was told car had to system check and it would take to days to change a battery no loaner car or rental was offered after two days the car had a new battery covered by the warranty but that was a joke just to change a battery out never again More
