Poor service department practices. My experience at this dealerships service department, was not a pleasant one. I paid for an oil change, and was supposed to have a free tire rotation My experience at this dealerships service department, was not a pleasant one. I paid for an oil change, and was supposed to have a free tire rotation included with a brake inspection. I dropped the car off for this service. I received a call from them telling me that I have an unrepairable puncture in my left rear tire. A quote was given for a replacement. All four tires are practically brand new, and I have tire pressure monitors that let me know as soon as there is a few pounds of loss, which there wasn't. When I came to inspect the tire myself, there was no circle drawn on the tire to mark the leak, but a few pounds of pressure had been released from it. I replaced the pressure to normal required amount two days ago, no loss since then. Also, no mention of the condition of the brakes by the way, and of course, no tire rotation. As for the oil change... I asked the service advisor if the dash oil change reminder had been reset, and he stated it had been. It was not. When I got home, I checked the oil level on the dipstick, and it was a quart low. I will never return to this dealership again, and would advise anyone thinking of going there to remember this review. . More

Awesome customer service When I arrived on Friday evening I was greeted by Erik, who was very nice gentleman. He was busy, but told me he will be with me in a few minutes. After he was finished he ask for my keys and started the process to checking me in. He open the door to the waiting area and told me that he would let me know when its ready. I wasn't sitting long before I received a text from Erik letting me know if there is anything I need while I'm waiting please him know. That was very nice. He came and let me know my vehicle was ready. The service was outstanding and I will continue doing business where I am treated as a valuable customer and not just another number. More
