It was passed on to me that he removed the A pillar hand hold and re-seated the drain tube. I wanted to ask him why this would occur 6+ months after I purchased the truck and after many car washes. I want to know if it was something that I did that could have caused the problem. Going through Claudio, who was talking to the tech on his cell phone was not what I had in mind. This would probably work for a person who is unfamiliar or does not work on their own cars but I have worked on cars since 1968 and would have liked to be able to talk directly to the tech. I know that time is money so would have respected the tech's time and only taken a few minutes. More
