Never had this issue I repeated my issue twice took time off made the appointment because they weren’t able to replay the issue i had to have a video while driving just to I repeated my issue twice took time off made the appointment because they weren’t able to replay the issue i had to have a video while driving just to show the same issue i had when i made the complaint so they tell me bring it back they say, if the issue happens again make sure they have a video or something to go by now i bring it back on my lunch during the timeframe it happens now i am without a car and now they say no shuttle for over a hour then tell me no available loaners yet o been complainting about this same issue and now you tell me we will look into i don’t even get a sorry you you have to come back out this is a brand new xxxx car under a year not even 7 months yet multi issues with same car no type of customer service at all i am so disgusted ! More

Terrific Salesman make car buying a breeze. Steve Laribo is so knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove we felt comfortable with him right away. He also insured we knew all the options for leasing vs buying so we could could make the best choice for our driving habits. He along with finance ensured we fell into a payment comfortable for us as well. Not an impulse buyer, I took four trips and three days to decide on the vehicle and was pleased with the no pressure attitude from Steve and Rick Hendricks. Very Satisfied with new GM I purchased a new 2018 JKU from Rick Hendrick back in June 2018, i loved my JKU, i got a great deal , but i discovered after a month that there were I purchased a new 2018 JKU from Rick Hendrick back in June 2018, i loved my JKU, i got a great deal , but i discovered after a month that there were a few major defects from factory that was causing my JKU to leak around the doors. After several months of going back and forth with the dealership i was going nowhere on getting a resolution, until the new General Manager stepped in , Robert Fuller. Robert was there to clean up the past messes and my situation was on top of the list. Robert started calling me almost every day on trying to get a resolution, either a bodyshop, or my local dealership taking care of the work since i lived in another state. After several discusstions about what to do Robert just made a decision to trade me up to a 2019 JLU, same color ,options. In a week they delivered my new JLU and picked up my JKU. It made more sense going this route and i was truely pleased with Roberts decision. I couldnt be happier with Rick hendrick Jeep and my new JLU!! More
