WORST DEALERSHIP EVER I bought the car on 9/8/18. I said there was a vibration that needed to be fixed. The person who said he was the service manager said he rotated the I bought the car on 9/8/18. I said there was a vibration that needed to be fixed. The person who said he was the service manager said he rotated the tires and did an alignment but couldn’t tell me how many degrees the alignment was off. I told him I was leaving for NY due to the hurricane and he said it was fixed. It was not fixed! I left messages with my salesman, I emailed I left Facebook posts and nothing until of course my 3000 mile warranty was up! And my truck had to be TOWED! I’ve had the vibration fixed and the electric issue fixed at a different Dodge Dealership and of course Hendricks just gives me the run around! On top of that they NEVER filed my DMV PAPERWORK!!! My temporary tags are about to expire and they tried blaming it on me because I changed my address. I spoke to TWO different people at the DMV and my address change had NOTHING to do with it!!!! They never filed it!!!! DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! More
