BAD Service The appointment means nothing to your service people. once you are given an appointment and told how long it will take the service tec tells something The appointment means nothing to your service people. once you are given an appointment and told how long it will take the service tec tells something altogether different once you arrive. 2 hours was 2 days. and it was for a safety recall when they were asked why 2 days instead of the promised 2 hours when the appointment the response and I quote "we can slap the old parts back on and you take it with late this afternoon if you like" I was not impressed nor used to this from the Rick Hendrick locations.
