I wanted to compare the Purchased a 2014 Grand Caravan with all the features. It was a in great condition and it meet my price that I was looking for. I wanted to compare the vehicle to other vehicles at other shops and they lucky had another vehicle 2016 grand caravan at another dealership that I was also interested in. They brought the other vehicle to the dealership I was at to compare and it was great to see what else I could get. Still ended up with my first choice. I am very happy with what I bought. My Sales person was Isaac very knowledge and made sure I got a deal I came for. More

BAD Service The appointment means nothing to your service people. once you are given an appointment and told how long it will take the service tec tells something The appointment means nothing to your service people. once you are given an appointment and told how long it will take the service tec tells something altogether different once you arrive. 2 hours was 2 days. and it was for a safety recall when they were asked why 2 days instead of the promised 2 hours when the appointment the response and I quote "we can slap the old parts back on and you take it with late this afternoon if you like" I was not impressed nor used to this from the Rick Hendrick locations. We were given a very new salesman who because of inexperience was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. He was very enthusiastic and tried his best, though. Several other salesmen and a manager stepped in to pick up the slack which we definitely appreciated! In particular, Jimmy Huggins and Paul Godwin were a great help. All in all, the experience was a good one and we ended up leaving the dealership in our new Durango with very little back and forth price negotiation. More
