Today, July 11 2018, I visited Rick Hendrick Jeep Dodge in North Charleston. I had found a vehicle online that I had been looking for over 4 weeks. I was greeted by a receptionist whom turned me over to a salesman named Zeke. The experience at this point was what you would expect. They removed the vehicle from the showroom floor and I went on a test drive. I absolutely was going to purchase this car today. I made an offer. We went back and fourth on price when, I was introduced to Brandon Bartley. After further negotion we came to an agreement on the final price. We shook hands and I signed my offer. At this point I am estactic, beyond excited, my search has come to an end and I now own my dream car. This is where everything took a turn. Brandon came back to me asking for more money. Here I am thinking we had just completed the deal only to be haggled for more money. From the ultimate high to the ultimate low. I believe this sales tactic to be unethical and completely miss leading. Where I'm from a hand shake and a signature means something.
