Love my new ride! With no intention of buying a car, I set inside the xxxx pit and said WOW again, then i got out and was approached by Natalie, a salesperson there. She asked me how I liked the car, I said o loved the car but, not so much the price....Natalie introduced me to a sales manager and 1 hour and $5000 later, I was driving a brand new Challenger TA. Mr Coot was a 10 out of 10! No LED front lamps. Disappointed !!!! Paid for unwanted options, yet headlamps are old school. Be better! Here in the South, I'd trade a heated ste No LED front lamps. New Durango Had my heart seat on a Toyota 4Runner. My husband convinced me to at least test drive a Durango to compare space so we wound up at Hendrick. Jimmy Hug Had my heart seat on a Toyota 4Runner. My husband convinced me to at least test drive a Durango to compare space so we wound up at Hendrick. Jimmy Huggins and James Coots were our salesmen. They were both very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product and went far and beyond anything I could have ever expected to make sure my husband and I got everything we could have imagined. They were amazing to work with and we walked away with a 2018 Dodge Durango. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Hendrick and will definitely be back when we need another vehicle. More
Quality service going down I traded a vehicle in the Kelley blue book value to add average 17,000 but the dealership only offered 3000 less than what the average Kelley blue boo I traded a vehicle in the Kelley blue book value to add average 17,000 but the dealership only offered 3000 less than what the average Kelley blue book value is worth for a trade-in. They were not willing to work or come close to the the average trade-in value. I enjoyed coming to this dealership but with my last experience this service quality is going down. I lost $3000 worth of value to my vehicle. This was a vehicle that I purchased from them a half ago for $22,000 now only worth $14,000 . More

Not trust worthy I was originally set to buy a different truck, one of the sales mangers Justin Barnett took all my info, I did the online finance application (got app I was originally set to buy a different truck, one of the sales mangers Justin Barnett took all my info, I did the online finance application (got approved), sent my driver license and I offered to give the down payment over the phone. He sent me a "congratulation on your new truck"email with links to the vehicle and said it would be ready for me to pick up in a few days as I was coming from out of state. When I called back to get the info so I could get the insurance I was told that they no longer would sell me the truck at the agreed price. Justin would not take my calls or even return my emails, he had a salesman call me back and tell me that. After many calls and voicemails I finally got in touch with a different manger Jeremy Hunt and he bluntly told me they had figured out a way they could sell the truck for more money even though they had agreed to sell me the truck at different price. More
