We were greeted by Ben Kress and left a few hours later after purchasing a new used car and trading in our vehicle. Everyone went above and beyond to meet our needs despite the late hour. Ben even came in the next day, on his day off, to finish the transfer process and stepped up to assist me in moving car seats. It was obvious that our satisfaction was a high priority to every employee we met. Our intent on stopping to look at cars was not necessarily to buy at that time; however, the attention to our wishes and the willingness to work together to make the numbers work made it happen. Surprised and overjoyed! I had found a used Jeep on the website that was exactly what I was looking for. Nonetheless, I stopped in for a test drive and the vehicle was everything I was looking for. Trent and Justin provided me a very fair deal but it was not quite what I needed to pull the trigger. They both found a way to make the numbers work, where other dealerships I've done business with in the past wouldn't budge on their margins and lost my business because of it. Outstanding customer service by Trent, my primary salesperson. This is hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had, and will look here first again in the future. Outstanding customer service! Best experience ever! Went to dealer to find out about our options to purchase new or used. Our salesman ,John Baldo, was outstanding. John was not pushy he simply asked what we where looking for and asked us about a few models in the lot. We told him what we liked and went on from there. Total time spent in dealership was less than 45 mins, we walked out with a used 2013 dodge dart sxt. Car unfortunately had an issue that no one would be able predict. Talked to John to explain what happened and went in the next Day to see what they could do for my wife and I and what happened next blew my mind. John had two models picked out for us before i even got to the dealership, we picked one and they worked to get us in a 2015 model. Total time in dealership again was maybe 30 mins. Best dealership experience we have ever had by far and we went to every dealer in the north charleston area.
