I bought this 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland new, & with only 6K miles on it my tan leather drivers' seat starting turning blue in various areas. They did try to clean it twice but to no avail, but e & with only 6K miles on it my tan leather drivers' seat starting turning blue in various areas. They did try to clean it twice but to no avail, but eventually after driving out there at least 6 times regarding this seat, declined to fix or repair it, & told me it was my fault that I wore blue jeans in the vehicle & my jeans caused the discoloration. I was never offered a loner car, & when I did ask for one was declined one. It's pretty sad that I can't wear jeans in a brand new pricey vehicle, & that nothing will be done to rectify this situation. More

Lou and Mark were very helpful when I traded in my vehicle for a new jeep and the sales process was very easy and a fair price was negotiated within a reasonable time frame and even though they did not have the vehicle I was looking for they found one at another dealership and completed the sale. My overall experiece over the last two years at the service department has been outstanding and Jessica deserves praise for her dedication to detail in her work ethic and how she treats her customers, I can't say enough about Jessica.
