I highly recommend you speak with Beebe when contacting Hendrick's of North Charleston. Now, I have to say, do your homework before you go to any dealer! Half the blame of an unpleasant experience is the lack of experience or knowledge on the consumer's behalf. Buying a vehicle is an important decision, research what your needs are, not just your desires. Learn the specifications about the vehicle you're wanting to purchase. Read online reviews, for both the vehicle and the dealership. Buying a vehicle can be a pleasant experience if you provide the sales person precise, educated information...if you don't, then you might as well just say to them, "tell me what car I should buy". I mean, really?!?!...they're not mind readers and you shouldn't give anyone, not even your doctor that much liberty. Ok, back off my soap box...I gotta give a shout out to the rest of the staff at Hendrick's. The other sales team were great too. We didn't just discus what vehicle I was there to purchase, we discussed music, travel, etc. The kind of casual talk that builds friendships. Cliff Panish in finance was amazing too! The only reason why I wasn't in and out of the North Charleston dealership in under 1-2 hours is because they were like hanging out with my friends. Ok, if you've made it this far through my review, then you know I had an exceptional experience buying my vehicle at Hendrick's Jeep Chrysler Dodge of North Charleston. I highly recommend them, specifically, Robbie Beebe. If you're looking to buy, do yourself a favor...read, read, read, then go there knowing what you want and for what price....don't make them guess or make yourself indecisive...neither of you will win then.
