False advertisement. Untrust worthy. Shortly after purchase noticed some items listed on the vehicle description that the vehicle did not have. Notified Abraham was told Untrust worthy. Abraham later that evening sent a text message "No longer with Toyota btw. Last day was today". Unable to return the vehicle due to driving back to Greenville, return policy 3days/150 miles. More

I went in with an issue a few days back and was contacted by the Customer Relations, Brianna, who kept in contact with me, constantly updated me on any news and made time to meet with me to discuss my views by the Customer Relations, Brianna, who kept in contact with me, constantly updated me on any news and made time to meet with me to discuss my views on the situation I was having. Before speaking with her I wanted nothing to do with the dealership but her eagerness to solve the problem and genuine concern helped me feel at ease that I was not being brushed off. Even though I lost my composure and let all my anger out on her, she still remained calm and exerted nothing but professionalism. For that I do apologize, only to her. If it wasn't for her, I would not be doing business with the Hendrick Dealership. Whether the issue gets resolved or not, I know that she exhausted all her resources and followed up very well. Thank you, true customer service representation I hope to see her run the operation one day. More
