Oil change I had a 9:20 am appointment for an oil/filter change and there were 3 cars in line in front of me. I expected a delay. The good thing there was no wa I had a 9:20 am appointment for an oil/filter change and there were 3 cars in line in front of me. I expected a delay. The good thing there was no waiting for a service advisor. Jim helped me right away and they backed my vehicle up and took it immediately in for service. They came to the waiting room to get me well before I expected and I thought some other service issue came up. Surprise, the were finished and ready to send me on my way. Thanks. More
