Service Advisor kept me informed. Service staff has always been great at Rick McGills Toyota. Video was neat but I like written info better. However, the bill never indicated how many years the battery was rated or guaranteed. This should be required for proper customer information. In times past when I purchased a battery from Toyota, Sears, NTB, etc., I was always shown on my bill the rating of the battery. I was not given a choice. More

I just finished my purchase of a new Toyota at Rick McGill's Toyota in Alcoa.. The experience I had was excellent.
