The service staff was very professional and seemed willing to try and help. I came in for tire rotation and inspection after the first 5000 miles of driving. The only negatives that I experienced were the attempted "upsell" of an engine additive (after 5000 miles, really?) and the fact that what should have been a fifteen-to-twenty minute job led to me being at the dealership for a little over an hour. Ultimately, it was the cordiality of the staff in the service department that led me to give the dealership a four-star rating this time. More

I only needed a periodic service (, but was confused about what that would entail, since the vehicle has unusually low mileage.
